Fall 2009

Dear Students, Parents, Families and Friends:

Welcome to the 2009/2010 Brien McMahon High School Marching Band.

After a successful band camp and first week of school, it’s hard to believe that we are rapidly approaching our first major performances. Our first football game is scheduled for Thursday September 17 at 7:00 p.m. and our first competition will be right here at Brien McMahon on Saturday September 26. The show begins at approximately 4:30 p.m.

Remember that in order for our program to continue its success, the students and I need all of the parental help that we can get. Please become involved with your child’s high school life if not in band then in general. If you can help out, feel free to contact me and I will be more than happy to introduce you to our fine Band Parents organization.

Also remember that the best way to follow the program is by going to our website: Bmhsband .org. You will find our complete fall calendar along with all of the information that you will need for the school year.
